Advanced Soft Tissue Treatment
This is not a relaxation massage.
These sessions are designed for people with:​

All treatments are delivered by a GCC-registered chiropractor, ensuring care is clinically informed, targeted and outcome-focused.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Care commonly involves manual treatment approaches, including spinal adjustment, joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques. (World Federation of Chiropractic, 2001)
What to Expect at Your Appointment:
Your first appointment involves a detailed discussion of your medical history, followed by a physical examination and clinical assessment. The findings will be explained to you, along with an outline of appropriate care options.
Where clinically appropriate, treatment will begin during this initial visit.
First appointments typically last around 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time for assessment, discussion and treatment.
Follow-up appointments usually last approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on individual needs.

We realise that sometimes you want to go that little bit further to maintain the feel-good factor after recovering from injury. Our maintenance package gives you the benefit of chiropractic care and massage in an hour-long session with the added benefit of a 10% discount compared to booking separately. ​
