Remedial Massage
Treatment of Deep and Superficial Tissues
Eases day-to-day stresses and muscular tension. This systematic assessment and treatment identifies specific issues in the body's soft tissues and then uses expert massage techniques to treat them. Treatment may include cupping, active release stretching and fascial release techniques.
Choose from 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute sessions.​

Chiropractic Care
Improving Function and Increasing Mobility
Chiropractic is concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation (World Federation of Chiropractic, 2001)​Our new patient consultations cover medical history, examination, diagnosis and where appropriate, we start treatment there and then. This first visit usually takes about 1 hour. Any additional treatments are 30 minutes. ​

Maintenance Package*
Chiropractic + Massage Combo
We realise that sometimes you want to go that little bit further to maintain the feel-good factor after recovering from injury. Our maintenance package gives you the benefit of chiropractic care and massage in an hour-long session with the added benefit of a 10% discount compared to booking separately. ​
