Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of each session or treatment packs can be purchased from the clinic, for a specific number of sessions. We only accept cash or card as payment methods. Cathy will give as much notice as possible regarding any upcoming holidays or the need to cancel a future appointment.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.

24 hours or more notice: No charge.

Less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.

Missed appointments: Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged at the full appointment fee and may require payment in advance for future bookings.
If you've paid online and are eligible for a refund, a £1.25 administration fee will be deducted to cover payment processing costs.
