Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of each session or treatment packs can be purchased in advance for a specific number of sessions. We only accept cash or card as payment methods. Cathy will give as much notice as possible regarding any upcoming holidays or the need to cancel a future appointment.
Cancellation policy
Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice often limits our ability to fill that time slot with other patients. This results in lost treatment time, which can then only be covered by increasing charges to our patients.
Minimum notice - 24 hours
We aim to be fair to our patients by having a clear cancellation policy, which requires 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
Late Cancellation & Re-booking
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will have the option to reschedule. Please note that a late cancellation fee of £20 will be applied to your next bill.
Failed attendance
If you miss your appointment, the full fee will be charged. You will have the option to rebook, but please note that the treatment must be paid for in advance. Chiropractic Plus reserves the right to refuse future appointments for clients who frequently miss appointments without prior notice within the specified timeframe.
Understanding
We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it enables us to keep our appointment system running smoothly. If unexpected situations occur and you need to cancel an appointment at short notice, we will always take exceptional circumstances into account.
